Further success in Cambridge with Research Park win.

20th July 2015

By Wayne Hall

Fresh from a wonderful June we are now enjoying further success in Cambridge with the appointment by Nic Rumsey, of Jaynic, to develop the brand of Haverhill Research Park (HRP) in the South Cambridge Cluster.

With 450,000 sq ft of office, research and development space ready to be built, HRP offers exciting potential to those wishing to build or develop their presence in the growing phenomenon of Cambridge.

The park is now beautifully landscaped with full infrastructure in place, as well as amenities, including the Flying Shuttle Pub and Montessori Nursery on-site.

Jaynic’s Managing Director Nic says of Impact “It was an obvious choice to have Impact on board as a key part of our marketing team. It’s clear they know the Cambridge market and understand the benefits and challenges the park faces within it. Combined with their award wining ability in the specific sector we sit within, we’re sure that they will help develop a successful brand with clarity and passion.

Impact’s Managing Director comments, “I am thrilled to have increased our presence in the property sector in Cambridge. It’s such an exciting place with so much happening that’s going to change the world for the better. We hope our work with HRP will help that to happen.

“Both Nic and the commercial agents working on the scheme have a positive and proactive approach to marketing and the benefits it will provide them, when introducing prospective tenants to the Park.

Any project we work on that has this level of client dedication, as shown by this team is always going to work well. We are confident at positioning this brand at the forefront of its competition within the South Cambridge Cluster.”
